Hat Sizing:
Ladies Hats are a standard hat size of approx 57cm. Mens Hats are sized in Small, Medium or Large. Please measure the circumference of your head to assist with sizing. No returns or refunds will be given with regards to a hat or hats being too small or too big, not fitting correctly due to different hat shapes, styles and people's head shapes and sizes. All hats come with inserts.
Hat Ordering and Delivery Time:
Hats pictured on our website are not held in stock and are ordered from the manfacturer as required. We cannot guarantee that your selection will be available at the time of ordering therefore we suggest you contact us prior to completing your order so that we can confirm availability. If your hat is in stock with the manufacturer, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.

What methods of payment do you accept ?
Whether you are ordering through our website or by mail, phone or fax, you can pay for your purchases with Visa, Mastercard and Pay Pal and direct deposit. Australian residents can also pay for purchases by cheque, money orders or Cash on Delivery. For mailed in orders, you can pay by *cheque or *money order (*Australian residents only). We also accept direct deposits into our bank account - please contact us for details. Direct deposits received from international residents will incur an addition $30.00 fee which is the bank charge for processing the deposit.
No, we do not add GST to our orders.
- When is my credit card charged for my order ?
Your credit card is charged when your order is shipped. If multiple shipments are required to fulfil your order, you will be billed as the items are shipped. Shipping fees are charged on a pro-rata basis as items are shipped.
- Can I order online without a credit card ?
Yes. Australian residents can pay by Pay Pal, cheque, money order, Cash On Delivery and direct deposit. International orders can be paid for by direct deposit or Pay Pal. Internatiional direct deposits will incur an additional fee of AUD$30.00 which is the bank charge for processing the payment.
